How to request deletion
You can ask us to permanently delete your Vendorly account and its associated data at any time. To do so:
- Email support@staxiolabs.co.za from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line Delete my account.
- We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and confirm once it's done.
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your business profile (name, contact details, currency and settings)
- All business data you created — products and inventory, sales, customers, expenses, and market-day events
- Any product images you uploaded
What we may keep, and for how long
After deletion, we retain only the minimal records we are legally required to keep — for example, transaction and tax records needed to meet accounting and legal obligations. These are kept for no longer than the period required by law and are then permanently deleted. We do not keep your data for any other purpose, and we never sell it.
